Hanabi

Hanabi, meaning “fire flower” or “fireworks” in Japanese, is a cooperative card game where 2-5 players hold cards facing outward and rely on clues from others to play cards in the correct sequence by color and number. Thus, players do not play against each other but instead work together towards a common goal.

This game involves logic, probability, and information theory—especially in how players reason about what others know.
