Hello Ambassadors,
We hope that you are doing well! As we approach MAA MathFest, we wanted to reach out with some information about the Math Fund, the exciting events we have planned, and how you can show your Ambassador pride.
When you arrive at MathFest, please head to the Last Mile Education Fund's booth in the Exhibit Hall. There, you can pick up your swag packages, which will include Ambassador-exclusive items like pins, hats, and more! We hope you'll sport your Ambassador pin throughout MathFest!
**If you are not attending MathFest, please let us know an address where we can mail your swag package.**
We have three Math Fund events planned and we'd love to have a strong Ambassador showing at all of them:

The official National Math Talent Fund Launch Event - Thursday, August 6 at 5:45pm in Salon E-F. This event will be MC'd by Tim Chartier and feature short remarks from Ruthe Farmer, Michael Pearson, and student ambassadors who have participated in Last Mile's funding program. It will be followed by light refreshments and hors d'œuvres.

Breakfast and Networking - Friday, August 7 at 7:30am in the Northeastern room. This will be an informal breakfast with the alumni of Last Mile's programs, as well as corporate partners and other friends of the Math Fund.

The National Math Talent Fund Orientation for Students and Faculty - Friday, August 7, 2:30 - 3:20pm in the Provincetown room. In this event we will discuss the mission and vision of the fund, how it will help students, and how faculty can get involved.
