Introducing a Japanese High-School WeBWorK Project (Math I–A–II–B)

    Dear colleagues,

I would like to share that I have recently started an open-source project to develop Japanese high-school level WeBWorK resources, including:

    • A problem library for Math I, Math A, Math II, and Math B (the core national curriculum in Japan)

    • Sample PG/PGML problems

    • A curriculum map aligned with Japanese high-school standards

    • Materials to support future Japanese localization of WeBWorK

The project is completely independent of university-level WeBWorK activities in Japan.
Its focus is exclusively on high-school mathematics, where no structured problem library currently exists.

    GitHub Repository (public):
    https://github.com/japan-highschool-webwork/japan-highschool-webwork

My goal is to build a sustainable collection of high-quality problems and to make WeBWorK more accessible for high-school teachers and students in Japan.

If you have suggestions, ideas, or examples of high-school level WeBWorK usage in your region, I would be very grateful to learn from you.

Thank you very much for reading.

    Best regards,
