    • Macalester College invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor in Applied Mathematics beginning Fall 2024. Candidates must have or be completing a Ph.D. in (Applied) Mathematics or a closely related field. They must have a strong commitment to excellence in teaching, mentorship, and research in an undergraduate liberal arts environment.     • The Department of Mathematics at the University of California, Davis invites applications for one Assistant Professor (tenure-track) faculty position starting July 1, 2024. The Department is particularly interested in hiring in Scientific Computation, Data Science, and Numerical Analysis. Applications will be accepted until the position is filled.     • The Department of Mathematics at California State University, Fresno (Fresno State) is seeking a tenure track Assistant Professor of Mathematics Education beginning in Fall 2024.  A Ph.D. in Mathematics Education, or a closely related field, with a strong background in mathematics, is required (ABD candidates will be considered).  The successful candidate will: (1) teach, supervise, and advise undergraduate (B.S.), graduate (M.S.), and credential students; (2) conduct research/scholarly activities (that lead to grants, presentations, and publications); and, (3) engage in service to the University and the community.  For more details please visit:
