I am an associate professor and the Director of Undergraduate Programs at Southern Illinois University, Carbondale. My research specialty is in mathematical logic, with particular interest in computability, computable model theory, and probability.
I currently serve on the MAA Committee on the Mathematical Education of Teachers, and have frequently provided pre-service and in-service professional development for K-12 teachers.
I am a Project Next Fellow (Sepia Dot), and participated in the MAA PIC Math program.
